- Orientation is on Thursdays, and is only 2-4 hours long!
- We have Freightliners, Peterbilts, Volvos and KW's, and the home time depends on where the driver lives.
- Depending on where you live, some drivers can expect to be home mulitple times each week. We do hire out of Texas- Dallas, San Antonio and Houston.
- The types of freight being hauled varies - dry and reefer.
- The avg miles per week is 2700 to 3000 miles.
- Top equipment: oldest tractor in our fleet is only a 2000, and are governed at 80-83 mph.
This new pay system more accurately reflects your paid miles to actual trip miles. It has been a much requested item in virtually every trucking job discussion, and is often discussed among company drivers and owner operators.
The miles you get paid are closer to your trip miles than the Rand McNally Shortest pay system. This new system will help you to earn substantially more money.
Practical mileage pay allows our company driver fleet to gain more from our 401k program and earn safety and longevity pay increases and appreciation bonuses even faster. It allows our owner / operator fleet to earn safety pay increases faster.

Our home terminal is located in Fresno, CA, but we have several other terminals located throughout the western half of the United States, including our newest terminal in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Currently we have several customers in the north west; so there is a major need for truck drivers living in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, parts of Montana, parts of North Dakota, and Parts of South Dakota. Drivers living in California, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, & Texas are also in high demand. Your home time depends on your location. Drivers living in Oregon, California, Washington, Utah and Parts of Colorado can get home as much as 2-3 times per week in some cases. We will hire in any of the Western 11 states, but Home time will vary by location.

Hiring Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a Valid Class A CDL (Hazmat Not Required but Preferred)
- Have at least 6 months tractor trailer experience
- Must be able to pass DOT Physical & Drug Screen (Paid by company)
- No more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months
- No more than 4 accidents/incidents in the past 36 months
